1938 The B. C. and H. Power Station Co was incorporated as a subsidiary company to build and equip the Little Barford Power Station which would be operated by the Bedfordshire Company under the direction of the Central Electricity Board[1]

1948 The B. C. and H. Power Station Co was nationalized[2]
