Charles Alexander Robertson Stuart (c1857-1949)

Born at South Shields the son of Peter Stuart, a Civil Engineer

1900 In partnership with Henry Lovatt. 'Mr. C. A. R. Stuart, a civil engineer of 26 years' experience, said he was the resident engineer of the works at Heaton Mersey'.[1]

1917 Living in Buenos Ayres.[2]
