c.1954 Sylko Crepe Paper Mills was renamed Sylko Paper Converters[1]

c.1959 Sylko Paper Converters was reorganised as Harper Paper Group[2]. Mr J. A. Holland was chairman[3]

1961 Acquired by J. A. and P. Holland

1963 of Kenyon Street, Blackburn, described as part of the Harper Paper Group[4]

1965 Cavenham Foods acquired the remaining shares in J. A. and P. Holland that it did not already own.
