To carry on the business of manufacturers of umbrella furniture, ribs and frames, metal workers, mechanical engineers, machinists, fitters, millwrights, founders, enamellers, electroplaters, etc. The permanent directors are Messers J. J. Webber, Scarborough House, Dudbridge, near Stroud, G. B. Chell, Goulden-street, Rochdale-road, Manchester, J. Matthews, Ashburnham, Woodhouse-road. North Finchley, and R.
