Springfield and Priestfield breweries, Wolverhampton

1891 W. Butler and Company Limited was registered, with capital of £300,000, to carry on the existing firm of brewers, the whole of the capital to be held by the partners and their nominees. At the same time the company offered £100,000 in debenture stock for subscription in order to allow further expansion of the business.[1]
