'... the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by William Elliot and John Theodore Apperly, under the firm of Elliot, Apperly, and Co., at Woodchester Mills, near Stroud, in the county of Gloucester, in the trade or business of West of England Woollen and Cloth Manufacturers and Merchants, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 81st day of December last.
