School of Ballooning: Delta
Note: This is a sub-section of School of Ballooning.
The maiden flight of Delta was in September? 1911. It had a capacity of 175,000 cubic feet with an envelope of Continental rubber-proofed fabric. It was powered by two White and Poppe 110-hp engines and had a top speed of 40 mph.
