1906 Hyde Mill completed.

1919 Restructured as the Hyde Spinning Co (1919).

1929 Merged into Combined Egyptian Mills.[1]

1958 Spinning ceased, the mill was sold to J. A. Pattreiouex and converted into a cigarette factory.
