James Dalziel (1876-1947) M.I.E.E., F.R.S.A. Mech. and Elec. Engr.;

1876 Born son of George Dalziel, Sanquhar, Scotland.

Educated at Sanquhar and George Watson's College., Edinburgh.

Training at Bertrams, Ltd., and Heriot-Watt College, Edinburgh.

1919 Midland Railway.[1]

By 1922 Chief Electrical Assistant, C.M.E. Dept., Midland Railway, Derby;

Asst. Elect. Engr., London, Midland and Scottish Railway.
