George William Osborn Howe (1875- )

1875 Born at Charlton, Kent

Educated at Woolwich Polytechnic and Durham University.

Nine years work with Siemens Brothers and Co., at Woolwich, and Siemens and Halske, at Charlottenburg

Two years as lecturer at Hull Technical School

Appointed lecturer and later Assistant-Professor of Electrical Engineering at the City and Guilds Engineering College.

1919 City and Guilds College.[1]

Member of the Council of the Physical Society

Member of the Radiotelegraphic Research Committee of the British Association and of the British Committee of the Inter-national Radiotelegraphic Commission.
