South Wales Aluminium Co, of Resolven, Glamorganshire

1938 Formation of new private company to build an aluminium factory (smelter) in South Wales; owners were British Aluminium Co, Aluminium Co of Canada and Aluminium Industrie of Switzerland[1]

By 1948 seems to be wholly-owned by Tube Investments. Became part of the new company TI Aluminium [2]
