1953 Nicholas Products Laboratories Ltd acquired Advance Industries Ltd makers of Dispelair freshener and Dip starch[1].

1972 of Slough, the company was voluntarily liquidated. Non-trading subsidiary of Aspro-Nicholas Ltd, manufacturing chemists.[2]
