1893 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, John William Way and Walter Minns, carrying on business under the style of Way and Minns, as Engineers, Millwrights, Smiths, and Iron and Brass Founders, at the Vectis-Iron Works. Orchard street, Newport, Isle of Wight, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as on and from the 31st day of March, 1893.
