Hansen Shipbuilding and Repairing Company was a shipbuilding company based in Northam, Bideford, Devon
- It was established in 1919 by Sven Wohlford Hansen, a Norwegian shipbuilder with a previous successful history of shipbuilding in Cardiff.
- Prior to 1919, the yard had mainly built coasters and Hansen continued this tradition.
- 1924 After building three coasters for his own fleet, the freight slump of the 1920s bankrupted Hansen and the yard closed down in 1924.
