  • 1924 Carmuirs Iron Co Ltd purchased Carmuirs Iron Works from the liquidators by Carmuirs Iron Co Ltd
  • 1959/1960 Specialised in solid fuel cooking and heating appliances, General and Engineering Castings
  • 1968 Went into voluntary insolvency in January
  • 1973 finally closed in August
