1947 Radiospares established an export link with the newly-founded Radionics in Dublin
1954 Radiospares product range was expanded beyond radio and television spares
1967 Radiospares floated on the London Stock Exchange as Electrocomponents plc
1971 Radiospares changed its name to RS Components
1999 Acquired US company Allied Electronics (formerly Allied Radio).
2010 Radiospares and Radionics became RS Components
