1863 Born in London the son of a Dutch diamond cutter

1891 Living at 54 Welbeck(?) Road, Hammersmith: Emanuel Kalker (age 31 born St Pancras), a Jeweller. With his wife Susanna Kalker (age 26 born Manningtree).[1]

1901 Living at 87 Holyhead Road, Coventry: Emanuel Kalker (age 41 born Bloomsbury), a Manager of Cycle Factory. With his wife Susanna Kalker (age 36 born Manningtree) and their children Louis Kalker (age 7 born Coventry), Helena Kalker (age 6 born Coventry) and Dorothy Kalker (age 4 born Coventry).[2]

1911 Living at Whitley, Coventry: Emanuel Kalker (age 51 born Bloomsbury), Electric Cables (Merchant) and Employer. With his children Louis Kalker (age 17 born Coventry), Helen A. Kalker (age 16 born Coventry) and Dorothy Kalker (age 14 born Coventry). States he has been married 24 years with three children.[3]
