'...all creditors and other persons, having any debts, claims or demands, upon or against estate of Richard Hotchkiss, late of 16 West-street Warwick in the county of Warwick, Provision Merchant and of the firm of Hotchkiss, Mayo and Meek of Hill Cross Works in the city of Coventry, Cycle Manufacturers deceased (who died on the 14th day of March, 1897, and whose will was proved in the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 11th day of June; J897, by Walter Shepherd, of Warwick aforesaid, Accountant, and William Robert Jelley, of Warwick aforesaid, Grocer's Assistant, the executors therein named...'[2]
