1968 Ideal-Standard of Hull acquired Valor's cisterns, bathroom and soil pipe businesses[2]; these plastics companies would continue to operate as separate businesses

1968 Joint venture formed with Marshall and Anderson to make and sell high pressure and low pressure steel boilers[3]

1969 Acquired Copperad[4]

1970 Exited steel radiators when sold the business, acquired with Copperad, to Steel Radiators Ltd[5].
