SIDNEY BOULDING was born in London on 8th September 1867.

He was educated privately and at the City of London College and the Finsbury Technical College.

In 1880 he entered the firm of Messrs. W. Green and Co., of London, as engineering assistant, and eventually became proprietor of the firm, under the name of Green and Boulding, of New Bridge Street, London.

Subsequently, on its conversion into a private company, he became managing director.

His death took place at his residence in Dulwich on 2nd July 1907, in his fortieth year.

He became a Graduate of this Institution in 1888, and was transferred to full Membership is 1893.
