C. of St Clement's, Eastcheap, 1870-87. R. of St Helen's, Bishopsgate with St Martin Outwich, 1887-1909. A good musician; one of the founders of the Cambridge University Musical Society. Died July 4, 1909, aged 86, at St Helen's Rectory, Finsbury Square, E.C. (Christ's Hospital Reg.; The Times, July 6 and 20, 1909.)'[1]
