We have learned with regret of the death of Mr. James Black McGillivray, chairman and founder of Aurora Lamps, Ltd., a subsidiary of Johnson and Phillips, Ltd., which occurred at Glasgow on June 1, at the age of eighty-four. Mr. McGillivray was well known in the Clydeside area and was a director of James Howden and Co., Ltd., for many years.
