We regret to record also the death, on August 26th, after a short illness, of Mr. Francis Patrick Irwin Crossley, a director of Crossley Brothers, Ltd., and Crossley-Premier Engines, Ltd.

Mr. Crossley was the grandson of Sir Kenneth Crossley, the chairman of the companies.
