We regret to record also the death of Mr. Frank Lonsdale, a director of the General Electric Company, Ltd., which occurred on January 27th.

Mr. Lonsdale was sixty-eight and was formerly general manager of the G.E.C.'s Fraser and Chalmers Engineering Works, Erith.
