Francis William Gower (1881-c1927)


1927/28 Obituary [1]

Francis William Gower was born in 1881 and on leaving school joined a firm of Chartered Accountants, with whom he spent six years, specialising on works organisation. He then joined the Birmingham Aluminium Castings Co as General Manager, and remained in this position until his death.

He was elected an Associate of the Institution of Automobile Engineers in 1912.
