1967 Obituary [1]

Mr Harold Phillips (Member), a former Chairman of the S Wales Branch of the Institution, died recently at his home in Swansea.

Mr Phillips, a West Wales Section Engineer with Richard Thomas and Baldwins Ltd, was a founder member of the Gower Society whose committee he joined in 1950.
