'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Radford Hodgkinson and Matthew Walwyn Walker, at Derby, in the county of Derby, as Fruit Preservers and Manufacturers of British Wines, under the style or firm of "WALKER AND CO.," was on the fourteenth day of May, 1904, dissolved by mutual consent. The said Matthew Walwyn Walker will for the future carry on the business on his own account under the style of " Walker and Co."...'[1]
