1939 August 26th. Death at a nursing home in London. Of 38 Edgeley Road, Stockport. Late MD of Oil Well Engineering Co.[1]

1939 Probate. Died at 56 Hallam Street, Portland Place, London. To Ernest Thorn, company manager, and Gordon Wright, company secretary, attorneys of Hector William Mackenzie and William Lyon Mackenzie.
