Lucas Logic of Warwick. The computer applications subsidiary for the Lucas Group.

1977 Company formed.

1981 Nascom Microcomputers became a division of the company. All Nascom production was moved from Chesham to headquarters at Warwick.

1981 John Deans was general manager of the company.
