1860 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, George Binks and James Stephenson, of Millwall, Poplar, in the county of Middlesex, Wire Rope, and Telegraph Cable Manufacturers, and the partnership subsisting between the same parties and the undersigned, Joseph Binks, Jabez Binks, and William Binks, of the same place and in the same business, have respectively been dissolved as from the 31st day of January last, by the mutual consent of the parties respectively...'[1]
1963 The business was acquired by William Munton Bullivant and John Henry Allen, becoming Bullivant and Co.
