John Cattley (1785-1862), director of the East Indian Railway, Chairman of the London Dock Co and a Baltic Merchant

1785 April 17th. Born at Stearsby, Yorkshire, the son of Thomas Cattley and his wife Frances Kettlewell

1815 May. Married at Islington to Frances Garratt

1862 November 21st. Died. Of Shabden Park, Chipstead and of Moorgate Street.
