1902 The company was registered on 25 February, principally for the purpose of carrying out a contract with the Dunderland Iron Ore Co, for the construction of railway, mill and concentrating and briquetting plant at Dunderland. The corporation now acts as a contractor for the supply of crushing machinery, manufactured under T. A. Edison's patents, and as a general engineer and contractor. [1]
