'...the Partnership between us the undersigned, William Hunt and Charles Dickenson Jennings, in the trade of Bone Crushers and Artificial Manure Manufacturers, at Spalding, in the county of Lincoln, under the style or firm of Hunt and Jennings, was this day dissolved by mutual, consent.
