1956 Established Pratt Precision Hydraulics as sales agents
1961 Manufacturers of lathe chucks, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic cylinders and fixtures. 600 employees. [4]
1968 Acquired Arnott and Harrison[5]
c.1970 Formation of Pratt Burnerd, chuck makers, which later became part of the 600 Group
