1865 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Josiah Mason and George Richards Elkington, in the trades or businesses of Copper Smelters and Coal Masters, carried on by us at Pembrey, in the county of Carmarthen, and Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, was dissolved on the 24th day of June instant, by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late copartnership trades will be received and paid by the said George Richards Elkington, who will continue to carry on the said trades under the present style of Mason and Elkington...'[1]
