1911 Living at Millend House, Coleford, Glos: Thomas Newcomen (age 51 born Warwick), Chemical Manufacturer - Destructive Distillation of Wood - Employer. With his wife Sarah Catherine Newcomen (age 54 born Ashby-de-la-Zooch) and their two children Arthur Beney Newcomen (age 25 born Atherstone), Clerk to above, and Dorothy Margaret Newcomen (age 21 born Atherstone), Student at Oxford. Also his sister-in-Law Agnes Ellen Beney (age 60 born Ashby), Single. Also his cousin-in-Law Agnes Ellen Beney (age 43). Two servants.[1]
