Maker of welding machines, of Industry Works, Sunbridge-road, Bradford.

Proprietors were Mr James and Mr Dudley Forman, of Messrs, Thomas Forman and Sons

1922 the A-I Manufacturing Co was acquired by A-I Electric Welding Appliances Company. The Bradford Works were closed and manufacturing of the A-I electric butt, spot and seam resistance welding machines, also electric heating machines, were transferred to the purchaser's Inverness Works.[1]
