1970 The name of Amalgamated Anthracite Holdings Ltd was changed to A.A.H. Ltd

1976 By this time had made substantial changes in the source of income, to supplement the distribution of solid fuel; other business included oil distribution, building supplies, road haulage and engineering including L.P.S. Contacts, Rimer-Birlec and the Clayton-Chambers Group, agricultural supplies, oil exploration and gear manufacture, through Power Plant; had acquired Chemists Holdings (London) Ltd[1]
