1910 Obituary [1]

A. HENRIK GORANSSON died on June 15, 1910, in his sixty-eighth year. He was chairman and managing director of the Sandvik Steel Works, Sandviken, Sweden, and had for some time past been engaged on a Royal Commission of inquiry into the tariffs of Sweden. He was also President of the Chamber of Commerce in Gefle, and was frequently consulted upon commercial matters by the late King of Sweden.

In 1898, when the Iron and Steel Institute visited Stockholm, he served as a member of the Local Reception Committee, and received the members at the Sandvik Works.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1886.
