1954 Aberdare Cables (Holdings) bought out the minority shareholders in South Wales Switchgear and Aberdare Engineering [1].

Part of Aberdare Holdings; subsidiaries included Ivor Power Speciality Co Ltd, Neckar Water Softener Co Ltd[2].

1961 Fabrication engineers, manufacturers of soot blowers and boiler auxiliary plant. 230 employees.
