Makers of the Albert motor car, a 12 h.p. car available in 4 model styles.

W. F. Adam was previously the manager of body works for the Darracq Motor Company Ltd [1].

1919 (?) Albert car shown at the Olympia Show; 3000 orders received.

1920 March: Gwynnes Engineering Co formed to acquire the business and assets of Gwynnes Ltd and Adam, Grimaldi and Co; prospectus issued [2]. Deliveries of Albert cars due to begin at end of April 1920.
