1968 Obituary [1]

Mr Albert Millar (Member) died recently at his home in Canada.

Mr Millar spent the first 20 years of his career in the oil refining industry when he travelled to many countries, including Japan, Austria, Poland, Venezuala and the USA. In 1939 he emigrated to Canada where he joined the Oliver Sawmills Ltd, British Columbia. As a Member of the Canadian Advisory Committee he has served this Institution loyally for a number of years and many members in Canada will remember his friendly manner and helpful advice with gratitude.
