Factories at Milngavie and Bridgeton, Glasgow

1944 Acquired by Eburite Corrugated Containers to help supply customers in the North of England and Scotland[1]

1955 was a subsidiary of Eburite Corrugated Containers

1956 Became part of Bowater-Eburite, making corrugated fibreboard containers at Milngavie, and fancy, rigid and confectionery boxes at Bridgeton[2]
