1884 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Ann Bird, Thomas Colerick Bird, Frederick Augustus Bird, and Herbert Henry Bird, in the trade or business of Wine and Spirit Merchants, and carried ou by us at No. 109, Digbeth, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, and at Newport, in the county of Salop, has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as the said Ann Bird and Frederick Augustus Bird are concerned. The business will in future be continued under the style of Ann Bird and Sons, by the said Thomas Colerick Bird and Herbert Henry Bird...'[2]
