1900 Appointed Mr John S. Barr of 16 and 18, Broad Chare, Newcastle-on-Tyne, as their sole agent for the Tyne and Tees.
1936 Became public company.
1937 Founders and engineers. "Anti-Attrition" Bronzes and White Bronzes. 
1947 Merged with Brecknell, Willis and Co.
1957 Acquired by Beyer, Peacock and Co.
1961 Manufacturers of anti-friction bearings, bronze, white metal and aluminium castings, machined bronze components, chill and spun cast iron stick, continuous cast bronze stick. 400 employees. 
1962 Moved from Maidenhead to Manchester, using space available in Beyer Peacock's Manchester factory
1979 Removed from the register of companies
