'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Augustus Applegath, Henry Mitton, and Edward Cowper, under the firm of Applegath and Mitton, as Stereotype-Founders and Printers, in Nelson-Sqnare, in the County of Surrey, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 25th day of December last, so far as concerns the said Henry Mitton; and that the aforesaid trades or businesses will in future be carried on by the said Augustus Applegath and Edward Cowper, under the firm of Applegath and Cowper...'[1]
