1911 Living at 36 Park Road, Coventry: Arthur Barnett (age 48 born Coventry), Director and Secretary of Cycle and Motor Manufacturing Companies. With his wife Daisey Annie, their son Eric Arthur Barnett (age 10 born Coventry) and two daughters.[1]

1912 Started his own cycle business as A. Barnett and Co where he built Invicta motorcycles and later possibly some cars

1919 Founder of Francis-Barnett with his son-in-law Gordon Francis

Had son Eric A. Barnett who was Sales Director in the company

Died 1937
