c1863 George Edward Jeffery joined T. W. Ashby and Co and it was known as Ashby and Jeffery.

1864 Ashby and Jeffery of Stamford show a patent rotating harrow at the Show of Implemnents [1]

1865 Commenced making portable engines.

1865 Ashby and Jeffery exhibit hay-makers, chaff cutters etc at the Royal Dublin Show [2]

1869 May. A&J exhibit agricultural implements at the Horse Show [3]

1870 Robert Luke joined Ashby and Jeffery and it became Ashby, Jeffery and Luke
