Heavy bomber powered by two Rolls-Royce Vulture engines.

The weight of the aircraft increased beyond that originally conceived, and engine output was below expectations. Thus the aircraft was underpowered, making it vulnerable on bombing raids. Worse, the engines were prone to failure.
