1924 Bale, Sons & Co. took over the foundry of H. J. Millard & Son.

At some point the company was known as Bale Millard & Sons.

1938 Elliston, Evans and Jackson of London decided to move the manufacturing side of their business to Bridgwater and acquired the premises.[1]
